Qualifications

• Specialized Diploma Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered care and cultural sensitivity.
• Current RN license in the state of practice (PA).
• Experience in ambulatory care settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process within ambulatory clinics.
• Collaborate with providers and support staff for coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and families on preventive care, chronic disease management, and medications.
