Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate a plan of care for a specific patient assignment.
• Maintain continuity through clear and concise communication.
• Administer medications safely according to established policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to uphold unit standards and quality of care.
• Participate in quality management and discharge planning.
