Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Ambulatory/outpatient nursing experience is a plus.
• Mass General Brigham RN license eligible in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

About This Role

The Triage RN in Primary Care at Mass General Brigham is responsible for providing patient care and support in an outpatient setting, focusing on compassionate care and collaboration within a dynamic ambulatory environment. This full-time role involves predominantly phone triage with some nurse visits.

• Pay: $37 - $51/hour
• Location: Belchertown, MA
• Facility: Mass General Brigham Medical Group Western Massachusetts, Inc.
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

• Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards.
• Conduct patient assessments and devise care plans.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

Experience

• Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required
• Ambulatory care or outpatient experience 1-2 years preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Current RN License in Massachusetts required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
