Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking registered nurses for ambulatory clinics in Boston. Roles involve on-site patient care in multiple specialties, including allergy, cardiology, endocrine/weight management, neurology, transplant, and primary care.

Responsibilities include triage by phone, direct patient interactions, and collaboration with physicians, PAs, and NPs to ensure safe, effective care. Candidates should have MA RN licensure, with a BSN preferred for new grads, and at least 2 years

Qualificações

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current Massachusetts registration.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required for newly licensed nurses.
• Minimum of 2 years of ambulatory clinic nursing experience.
• Experience with telephone triage as a primary responsibility.
• Experience in in-person triage and clinical assessment of adults within the last 4 years.
• Experience in an ambulatory medical specialty or primary care setting preferred.
• Willing to work weekend rotation per MNA contract.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate a patient care plan for assigned patients.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with the care team.
• Document care according to nursing standards.
• Develop discharge plans and educate patients and families.
• Administer medications safely and perform nursing procedures.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and participate in quality initiatives.
• Provide telephone triage and patient education.
