Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Medical Assistant Certification from a recognized national body.
• EMT or Paramedic certification per Virginia requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist RNs with clinical and administrative tasks, including vital signs, medication review, and refills.
• Support clinic operations by retrieving medical records, covering Epic In Baskets, and assisting with prior authorizations.
• Provide patient data collection and age-appropriate care under supervision.
