Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an RN for an ambulatory cardiovascular role in Nashua, NH. You will provide direct nursing care, triage cardiovascular symptoms, and collaborate with cardiologists to create comprehensive care plans in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, NH/MA nursing license, and BLS/CPR certification. BSN is preferred and cardiology/telemetry experience is a plus. Strong EMR skills and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing is required; BSN preferred.
• RN license in NH, NLC state, or MA is required.
• BLS/CPR certification is required.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Cardiology, telemetry, or critical care experience is a plus.
• Strong cardiac assessment and clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to cardiovascular patients in ambulatory setting.
• Triage cardiac symptoms in-person and by phone.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and specialists to develop care plans.
• Administer cardiac medications, vaccines, and treatments.
• Assist with stress tests, EKGs, Holter monitor placement.
• Perform point-of-care testing and collect specimens.
• Manage lab and diagnostic follow-ups.
• Educate patients on heart-healthy lifestyle and medication adherence.
• Document assessments and outcomes in EMR.
• Monitor patients for changes and escalate care as needed.
• Support safety protocols, infection prevention, and emergency response.
• Participate in ongoing cardiology training and EPIC updates.
