Job summary

Advocate Masonic Hospital in Chicago seeks an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our Ambulatory Cardiology team. The role focuses on developing a comprehensive outpatient cardiology practice within a high-acuity cardiovascular program, spanning pre-operative evaluations, post-discharge care, and ongoing ambulatory management.

You will work a Monday–Friday schedule with potential four 10-hour clinic shifts after orientation, enjoy strong clinical support, and participate in inpatient

Qualifications

• Active RN and APRN license in state of practice.
• Active national board certification in area of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient care for cardiology patients.
• Collaborate with interventional and general cardiologists and inpatient teams.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses and care plans.
• Participate in care coordination between inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Maintain documentation in EMR and ensure compliant coding and billing.
