Job summary

Inova Health System is seeking a Nurse Manager for Ambulatory Behavioral Health to lead the Merrifield/Falls Church team. This full-time, day-shift role requires travel to ambulatory care sites 2–3 times weekly and oversight of clinical operations to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

The Nurse Manager will hire and train staff, implement care delivery strategies, and mentor team members while upholding Joint Commission standards and evidence-based practice across all ambulatory settings.

Qualifications

• Certification - Basic Life Support
• L icensure - Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience - 2 years of nursing experience related to the unit's scope.
• Education - Bachelors Degree in Nursing

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned unit to ensure effective performance, including hiring and training staff.
