Job summary

Park Nicollet, part of HealthPartners, seeks an Ambulatory Aide to join the Ambulatory Surgery Center team in Maple Grove with occasional travel to other centers. The position supports patient care under nursing supervision, transports patients, and maintains equipment and supplies for daily operations.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, assisting with care tasks, room turnover, and helping the nursing team while eligible for professional growth in a busy surgical setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to effectively solve problems and to make sound decisions within the scope of the position.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily patient care tasks under nursing supervision.
• Transport patients and maintain readiness of equipment and supplies.
• Support nursing in procedural setup and room turnover, and clerical tasks as needed.
