Responsibilities

• Project Management - oversees multiple projects to meet financial, quality, service, and operational goals.
• Employee Development - trains staff to ensure best practices across clinic locations.
• Resource Management - ensures adequate data, tools, and subject matter experts are available.
• Time Management - tracks timelines to ensure timely resource use and performance.
• Process Improvement - supports 3-6 improvement efforts annually to boost performance.
• Assessment/Analytics - tracks projects, summarizes progress and risks for leadership, analyzes dashboards for opportunities.
