Qualifications

• HS/GED plus 3+ years relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or
• Associates plus 1 year relevant experience
• Experience with medical billing or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front end customer service and patient registration.
• Insurance/coverage verification and pre-authorization.
• Appointment scheduling and visit management.
• Charge entry, billing edits and reconciliations.
• Administrative duties and calendar management for physician/department.
