Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services located in Albuquerque, NM, seeks a part-time Inventory and Equipment Technician to manage ambulance and service vehicle inventories, perform cleaning and stocking duties, and ensure compliance with regulatory and OSHA guidelines. Role involves 10-hour night shifts and requires licensing and stocking training within 9 months of hire.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, auditing drug boxes, and documenting stock usage while supporting cost control.

Qualifications

• EMT-B course completion preferred.
• Current EMT-B license in NM preferred.
• Stocking/shipping experience or related stocking training is preferred.
• Basic computer/Windows proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash, vacuum, clean and wax ambulances and service vehicles.
• Clean and inspect the outside of AAS vehicles per OSHA guidelines.
• Inspect and clean ambulance cab and patient compartments.
• Disinfect and inspect supply shelves and compartments as needed.
• Obtain Bioquell system certification within 3 months of hire.
• Maintain vehicle equipment and check for safety hazards.
• Maintain inventory and track stock usage to ensure par levels.
• Audit drug boxes for pharmacy compliance; rotate and track pharmaceuticals.
