Job summary

LifeLine Ambulance is seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Supply Technician to stock, fuel, and clean ambulances, ensuring readiness for service. You will document supply usage and inventory in Operative IQ and coordinate with EMTs and fleet staff to address vehicle or supply issues.

Responsibilities include maintaining par levels, ordering supplies, disposing of biohazardous waste per safety protocols, and ensuring vehicles meet safety standards before returning to service.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management systems (Operative IQ preferred).
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Stock, fuel, and clean ambulances to ensure readiness for service.
• Restock medical and operational supplies per standards and protocols.
• Document supply usage, shortages, and replenishments in Operative IQ.
• Order and receive supplies, maintaining par levels for vehicles.
• Fuel ambulances and support vehicles as required.
• Clean and disinfect interiors and exteriors, including patient compartments and equipment storage.
• Dispose of biohazardous waste per safety protocols.
• Ensure vehicles meet safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in compliance audits and adhere to company policies.
