Job summary

Puckett Emergency Medical Services Llc in Chattanooga, TN seeks a Vehicle Supply Technician responsible for fueling, cleaning and stocking ambulances, and receiving supplies to ensure field crews have what they need.

You will perform deep cleaning and decontamination per SOP, manage inventory of medical and shop supplies, safeguard equipment and records, and comply with HIPAA and safety policies while working with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must possess a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license with a clean driving record.
• CEVO Ambulance driver safety certification required.
• CPR certification within 30 days of hire.
• First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Fuel ambulances fully and perform cleaning of exterior and interior surfaces and equipment.
• Stock ambulances with appropriate medical equipment and supplies.
• Deep clean and decontaminate ambulances per SOP as assigned.
• Maintain security of buildings, vehicles, equipment, medications and company property.
• Ensure HIPAA/privacy compliance and security of confidential information.
• Report to shifts groomed, on time, and stay until relieved.
