Job summary

Responsibilities include setting up stations, prepping ingredients, cooking dishes with the team, and maintaining sanitation standards. The role offers a monthly bonus after the probationary period and opportunities to grow within a busy, friendly kitchen.

Qualifications

• Cooking experience or back-of-the-house experience is preferred.
• Able to meet all scheduling commitments.
• Capable of anticipating the needs of others in the kitchen.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Chop vegetables and meats, prepare sauces, batters, and other food items according to recipes.
• Cook menu items in collaboration with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Follow all food preparation procedures and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Clean up your station and properly handle leftover food.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy, and moderately noisy environment with diverse personalities.
• Stock and restock inventory as needed.
