Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a multifamily community. You will assist the Property Manager in daily operations, including maintenance oversight, budgeting, lease administration, and reporting, while delivering exceptional service to residents and prospects.

You will lead on-site staff, ensure policy compliance, and support marketing initiatives to meet occupancy and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Property Management experience
• 1+ years of Management experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist Property Manager with operations including maintenance, budgeting, reporting, and leasing.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to boost satisfaction and renewals.
• Prepare lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Track advertising and client traffic.
• Support on-site team and ensure Cushman & Wakefield policies are followed.
• Hire and coach on-site staff; maintain residents' files.
• Maintain a positive living environment and resolve conflicts promptly.
• Assist with budgeting and overall community financials.
• Collaborate with leasing staff to meet marketing goals.
