Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or Technical Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2+ years of field service experience desired.
• Must be proficient with tools and service test equipment and able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service CT/MR imaging equipment in the Madison, WI area.
• Install, service, maintain and modify imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Provide operator training to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
• Manage territory financial performance and assets, including company car and inventory.
