Siemens Healthineers in Madison, WI is seeking a Customer Service Engineer I to install, service, maintain and modify imaging equipment at customer sites. You will deliver timely repairs and train operators to ensure optimal system performance.

You will manage territory finances, meet budgets for revenue and expenses, and handle company assets such as a car, phone, computer, and parts. Travel within geography and on-call rotation after training.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or technical degree.
• 1–2+ years of field service experience preferred.
• Proficient with service tools and test equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned geography and participate in on‑call rotation.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and modify Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Deliver timely and effective repairs; train operators to ensure optimal system performance.
• Manage financial performance within territory; meet or exceed revenue and expense budgets.
• Manage company assets (car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts).
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and colleagues, and perform administrative duties accurately.
