CTI, a leading AV solutions provider based in Maryland Heights, MO, is hiring a Helpdesk / IT Support Specialist I (Level 1) to be the first point of contact for internal IT issues. You will respond to calls, tickets, and chats, guiding employees through solutions with a patient, professional demeanor.

You will triage, document steps, and escalate more complex problems while collaborating with a friendly team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT helpdesk or customer-facing support experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with Windows and macOS environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT helpdesk support to staff.
• Log, triage, and resolve tickets with clear documentation.
• Assist with onboarding and equipment handoff.
• Escalate complex issues with proper notes.
• Create and update quick reference guides.
