The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year of service experience, and 3+ months of supervisory exposure. Strong communication and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or key holder experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 18+ (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Conduct daily call campaigns to market services and nurture relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with focus on customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the POS system.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
