Job summary

Commure is seeking an experienced operations leader to own Ambient EHR integrations across enterprise health systems. You will coordinate between Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success, and client IT teams, diagnosing issues, routing them with context, and driving fast, defensible resolutions.

You’ll manage end-to-end integration launches for 10+ EHRs, configure accounts, verify provider/site setup, monitor sync health, and align dependencies such as network access and API credentials,

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in operations, ideally healthcare technology with triage and stakeholder alignment experience.
• Proven triage and escalation ownership: reproduce issue, isolate root cause, route with context to engineers.
• Strong documentation instincts: write and maintain runbooks that others can execute.
• Strong written communication: executive updates, escalation summaries, and client-facing emails.
• Systems thinker who can deliver clear, documented no-go decisions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Own integration launch coordination end-to-end for new enterprise deployments across 10+ EHRs, including configuration and validation, provider/site setup, and health monitoring.
• Triage production integration issues: reproduce, scope, distinguish bugs from config or client-env issues, and meet triage SLAs.
• Use internal tooling and Linear to track issues and build dashboards with health metrics for leadership visibility.
• Codify integration triage, launch, and escalation workflows into runbooks and playbooks, and report weekly to executives.
