Busch Gardens Williamsburg is seeking a Part-Time Ambassador Services Coordinator to greet Ambassadors and guests, assist with uniform requests, and manage basic sewing tasks and inventory. The role splits time between customer service and sewing duties, including light repairs and hemming, with duties at the counter and back-of-house operations.

The position requires weekend/holiday availability, the ability to lift up to 30 pounds, and proficiency with Outlook/Excel.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, database programs).
• Able to lift, push and pull up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet Ambassadors and guests enthusiastically.
• Answer questions and resolve issues politely.
• Assist Ambassadors with uniform requests and online orders.
• Measure and fit uniforms.
• Hem pants and repair uniform items as needed.
• Operate a register and process credit/debit transactions.
• Keep assigned areas clean and organized.
• Receive deliveries and update stock in inventory system.
