Busch Gardens Williamsburg is seeking a Food & Beverage Ambassador to ensure a great dining experience across venues such as restaurants, kiosks, and snack carts. You will greet guests, recommend items, assist with dietary needs, take orders, and operate a cash register in a fast-paced environment.

This part-time role offers $15.00 per hour plus tips, plus perks like free park admission, ticket discounts for family and friends, and opportunities for scholarships and employee events.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Ability to learn/use point of sale (cash register) systems.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests enthusiastically across venues.
• Provide information on food and beverage products and make recommendations.
• Support dietary restrictions, allergies and special needs.
• Take orders promptly and ensure delivery accuracy.
