Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a Supervisor for the Children’s Ambassador Team to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure service excellence, and maintain policy compliance across three shifts. Hours include 1p–9p CST, with one weekend shift per month; on-site work required.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, HR duties, training, and cross-department collaboration to deliver exceptional patient and family experiences. BLS certification is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED/HSED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Children’s Ambassadors and evaluates staffing based on workload and service needs.
• Manages scheduling at monthly and daily levels, including on-call coverage.
• Coordinates coverage for unexcused absences and maintains staffing across all shifts.
