Job summary

Leap is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to represent our boutique in Milwaukee for the November–January 2027 window. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, share the brand story, and build meaningful connections with shoppers.

As a brand ambassador, you’ll support daily sales initiatives, maintain store standards, and collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming, service-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing experience required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage diverse customers.
• Willingness to learn product stories and brand history.
• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility for peak periods.
• Ability to stand, walk, and manage tasks on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through authentic engagement.
• Drive store sales with proactive engagement and product knowledge.
• Support daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory tasks.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Adapt to opening/closing procedures and keyholder duties as needed.
