Leap is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Milwaukee boutique from November through January 2027, driving sales and a superior customer experience. You will coach a high-performing team, maintain brand standards, and partner with nearby Leap stores to execute market initiatives.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, financial performance, and strong guest engagement in a premium retail environment, with compensation aligned to experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience leading high-performing teams and delivering strong business results.
• Experience within boutique, premium, specialty, or lifestyle retail environments preferred.
• Proven ability to drive sales, develop high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through hands-on leadership.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-informed decisions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily performance of the boutique, driving sales, profitability, and key business objectives.
• Lead by example on the sales floor to optimize performance and inspire selling behaviors.
• Champion an entrepreneurial mindset by identifying opportunities to grow the business within the local market.
• Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience that builds lasting customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team while fostering accountability, collaboration, and learning.
• Support ongoing talent development with feedback, recognition, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with neighboring Leap-powered stores and support market initiatives, including new store openings and in-store activations.
