Job summary

Modern Parking in Pasadena is seeking an Ambassador to greet guests and provide directions and information at the parking facility. The role focuses on friendly, helpful service and assisting customers with inquiries, payments, and safety concerns.

The position involves cashiering, directing traffic, and supporting guests across the facility. Schedule is Monday–Saturday, 10:00 am–2:30 pm, totaling 27 hours per week, onsite in Pasadena, CA.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in hospitality, retail, or service industry.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and provide clear directions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the exit lanes with courtesy and efficiency.
• Support cashiering tasks, direct traffic, and complete end-of-shift reports.
• Open doors and assist customers as needed to ensure a positive experience.
• Monitor and assist with automated POS hardware and provide guidance to guests.

Salary Range: $19.00 - $19.00 Hourly

The Ambassador provides numerous guest services for the parking facility including greeting customers and providing instruction, directions, and other information to guests in a kind and welcoming manner.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers at the exit lanes
• Assist with Cashiering, directing traffic, and completing end of shift reports
• Open doors and assist customers as needed.
• Provide customer oversight of POF, and PIL point of sales (automated hardware)
• Provide preventative maintenance and troubleshoot automated hardware
• Maintain cleanliness of areas where customers make payment and/or travel
• Provide traffic lane oversight when instructed by management
• Supply customers with directions and information regarding facility amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest
• Monitor and maintain safety, security, cleanliness of parking areas/levels,
• Report any vehicles/safety hazards, unauthorized personnel, and/or potential security problems to the Manager/Supervisor
• Communicate parking procedures to customers

Schedule

Monday - Saturday, 10:00 am - 2:30 pm (27 hours per week)
