SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in Orlando seeks enthusiastic ambassadors to support park operations through audits, data entry, and guest communications. The role includes maintaining ambassador files, handling office equipment, and processing work orders while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with labor laws.

Ideal candidates will have strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast paced work environment.
• Must maintain confidentiality.
• Must have excellent cash handling skills.
• Must be able to use a 10-key calculator.

Responsabilités

• Conduct daily audits in the park including register audits, wardrobe audits, safety audits, paperwork audits, SOP audits.
• Monitor minor time clock punches ensuring labor laws compliance.
• Maintain ambassador files and office equipment.
• Input large amounts of data and maintain confidential records.
• Assist with guest correspondence and department communications.
• Process work orders and handle interdepartmental transfers.
• Take meeting notes and support various departments daily.
