Job summary

Rythm Health, Inc. is seeking an Amazon Store Specialist to own the day-to-day running and growth of the company’s Amazon storefront. You will optimize listings, run ads, and oversee pricing and promotions to drive measurable revenue.

The role demands hands-on Seller Central experience, a proven revenue-growth track record, and strong analytical skills. You will collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations, with a remote-first, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years directly managing and growing an Amazon store for a consumer brand (1P or 3P).
• Measurable revenue growth on Amazon—able to discuss numbers.
• Strong command of Amazon Ads, including structure, bidding, and keyword harvesting.
• Experience with listing optimization, A+ Content, Brand Store, and Brand Registry.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management, optimization, and growth of the Amazon store in Seller Central.
• Build and maintain high-converting listings (titles, bullets, A+ Content, images, video, Brand Store pages).
• Run keyword research and SEO to improve organic rank and discoverability.
• Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) against targets.
• Manage pricing, promotions, coupons, Lightning Deals, and Prime Day/Q4 plans.
• Monitor reviews and questions; use compliant programs to build social proof.
• Coordinate with operations on FBA inventory planning and replenishment.
• Protect account health: policy compliance, Brand Registry, hijacker monitoring, and case management.
• Keep listings aligned with health-product policies with legal/regulatory teams.
• Track and report weekly on sales, sessions, conversions, ad performance, contribution margin.
