Pet Honesty, an Austin-based leader in pet wellness, seeks an analytical Amazon SEO & Optimization Manager to drive organic growth and conversion across Amazon. You will own strategies, optimize content, and work with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with growth goals.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of Amazon experience, strong analytics, and a track record of boosting rankings and revenue through listing optimization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Amazon marketplace experience.
• Advanced experience with SQP and Brand Analytics.
• Proven success improving rankings, traffic, and revenue through listing optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven growth opportunities.
• Experience with omnichannel ecommerce environments; PPC experience a plus.
• CPG, supplements, health or pet product familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Amazon SEO strategy, keyword research, and organic ranking improvements.
• Leverage SQP and Brand Analytics to identify growth opportunities and gaps.
• Optimize product listings (titles, bullets, A+ content, images, video, storefront).
• Analyze shopper behavior and conversion funnels to boost traffic and sales.
• Develop and run testing programs for content, imagery, and conversion rate optimization.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Creative, Brand, and Ecommerce teams on alignment.
• Build reporting and insights translating marketplace data into actions.
