This role collaborates with the Amazon Account Manager, covering case management and ad hoc analysis, requiring strong communication and data insight skills, plus proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in the eCommerce ecosystem.
• Experience with Amazon Seller and Vendor Central.
• Strong data-to-insights capabilities.
• Curiosity about the evolving retail marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Understand how client and company strategy aligns with Amazon direction.
• Ensure daily operations of Amazon Seller and Vendor Central are executed efficiently.
• Oversee and manage current listings and new listings.
• Open, track, and respond to cases with Amazon.
