Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high number of open items at once without losing track of any.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to build pivot tables and use VLOOKUP and SUMIFS.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Clear written communication, particularly for documenting issues and escalating them with supporting detail.
  • Ability to follow a documented process precisely, with the judgment to flag when the process is producing an incorrect result.
  • Strong follow through and retail math aptitude.
  • Ability to multi-task, deal effectively with internal and external partners, and adapt to changing priorities across two channels.
  • Ambitious and enthusiastic to learn the business; positive attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Amazon catalog through routine audits, and complete new item setup for seasonal newness across Warners, Olga and True
  • Build and maintain product variation relationships across size and color, and correct catalog errors as they surface
  • Update product detail page content including images, copy, keywords and attributes, and track submissions through to a live, correct page
  • Monitor automated alerts for buy box loss, content reversions and broken variations, and either resolve them or elevate with supporting documentation
  • File and track Amazon cases, following up until closure rather than until submission
  • Maintain and run recurring performance reports to recap top sellers, support item level margin reporting, and inform management
  • Conduct competitive analysis on product assortment, pricing and content
  • Support promotional setup and monitor deal performance and competitor promotions during key sales events
  • Collaborate with the planning team to manage ecommerce product availability
  • Partner with marketing and advertising teams to support promotional campaigns
  • Maintain team process documentation, keeping step by step guides current as Amazon changes
  • Support retailer meetings through deck development, product assortment preparation, note taking and post-meeting recaps
  • Support buyers through the seasonal buying process, including assortment selection, coordinating samples for approval, and ongoing support through the buy cycle
  • Conduct margin and liability analyses and support budget tracking
  • Track selling trends and share buyer feedback with the design team to inform product development
  • Monitor purchase orders, shipment updates and delivery timelines

Job description

The Sales Assistant supports multiple channels for the Warners, Olga and True brands.

On the Amazon side, this role owns the day to day execution that keeps a catalog of roughly 4,000 active items live, accurate and correctly configured. That includes new item setup, product content and variation maintenance, issue resolution with Amazon, and the recurring reporting that informs merchandising and margin decisions. On the Off-Price side and Mainline side, this role supports the Account Executive and buyers through the seasonal buy cycle, including meeting preparation, assortment support, order tracking and margin analysis.

This is a hands-on, high-volume role. Success depends on precision, organization and follow through. Amazon experience is not required and will be taught. The role has clear potential to grow into owning account responsibility.

Responsibilities:
Amazon (approximately 60-80 percent)
  • Maintain the Amazon catalog through routine audits, and complete new item setup for seasonal newness across Warners, Olga and True

  • Support retailer meetings through deck development, product assortment preparation, note taking and post-meeting recaps
  • Support buyers through the seasonal buying process, including assortment selection, coordinating samples for approval, and ongoing support through the buy cycle
  • Conduct margin and liability analyses and support budget tracking
  • Track selling trends and share buyer feedback with the design team to inform product development
  • Monitor purchase orders, shipment updates and delivery timelines
Qualifications:

Preferred, not required
  • Ecommerce, marketplace or retail operations experience. Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central experience is a strong plus but is not required, and we will teach the vendor side.
  • Exposure to product data, PIM systems or catalog management in any channel
  • Experience creating or improving a documented process or workflow
  • Apparel or intimates knowledge

Annual salary range starting at $55,000
