Responsibilities

• Develop and lead SC Johnson's commerce marketing and retail media strategy across customers and channels.
• Translate brand growth priorities into shopper- and retailer-specific activation plans.
• Lead customer/channel commerce planning, retail media strategy and investment recommendations.
• Build scalable operating models and partner with cross-functional teams to drive incrementality.
