Job description

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Amazon PPC Ads Assistant to support our growing e-commerce business. Your role will be to help manage, build, and optimize a wide range of Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns on Amazon.

You’ll assist with keyword research, campaign setup (manual and automatic), bid adjustments, search term optimization, and performance reporting. Familiarity with bulk sheets is important, as well as the ability to follow structured workflows and meet deadlines.

This is a full-time, long-term remote position with opportunities to grow within our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage Sponsored Products and Brands campaigns
  • Conduct keyword and ASIN research
  • Optimize bids, placements, and match types
  • Review search term reports and apply negative keywords
  • Use bulk uploads to streamline campaign creation
  • Monitor performance metrics (ACoS, CTR, CPC, ROAS)
  • Prepare weekly summaries with actionable insights

Ideal candidates will:

  • Have hands-on experience running Amazon PPC ads
  • Be organized, proactive, and responsive
  • Understand the basics of campaign structure and optimization
  • Be comfortable using spreadsheets and working with data
Experience levels: Intermediate (3 - 5 yrs), Expert (5+ yrs)
