Our client, a high-end, Swiss cosmetic/skincare line, is currently seeking a Senior Email Designer that has experience using Klaviyo to join their team. You will primarily focus on email marketing, web graphics, and social media content in this role. This is a performance-driven, detail-oriented role where your work will directly support digital marketing efforts and elevate the brand’s luxury positioning. If you have experience with luxury beauty and skincare brands and a portfolio full of standout email designs, this could be the perfect role for you!

You Will:

• Design three branded marketing emails per month based on provided content and briefs
• Create web assets including 2–3 sliding homepage banners and 1–2 promotional cards monthly
• Occasionally design Amazon banners aligned with the brand’s site visuals
• Develop social media templates and ad creatives that align with brand tone and campaign goals
• Receive direction from the marketing team and turn around work quickly
• Collaborate with the copywriter to align on timing and messaging
• Uphold the brand’s luxury image through sophisticated, on-strategy design
• Work on projects with set deadlines and incorporate timely feedback and revisions
• Contribute creative ideas that drive engagement while maintaining consistency

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in digital design, preferably in the beauty or luxury industry
• Expertise in email marketing design, particularly Klaviyo
• Proven experience creating performance-based creative for web, email, and social media
• Ability to translate detailed briefs into refined, on-brand visual assets
• Strong portfolio showcasing infographics, ad creatives, and web graphics
• Familiarity with social content design including thumb-stopping ad creatives and branded templates
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and revisions
• Experience creating assets for both owned (email, web) and paid (ads) channels
• Comfort working within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

20-25 hours per week

Pay: 50-55 per hour
