Job summary

Belkin in El Segundo, CA is seeking an eCommerce AMS Marketing Manager to join the Americas Amazon Marketing team. You will analyze large data sets to surface insights and help drive strategic decisions to grow Belkin’s business on Amazon.com.

Reporting to the Senior eCommerce Performance Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies, own KPIs, dashboards, and test-and-learn workflows. A data-driven, self-starting communicator is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in Amazon Marketing Services (AMS) and Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
• 1+ year experience with Amazon DSP and exposure to AMC.
• Excel and PowerPoint expert.
• Some knowledge in PowerBI or data visualization software.
• Ability to offer and implement solutions, not just call out problems.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with a strong focus on data and analytics.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaborative and writing skills.
• Ability to be a self-starter and work with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support paid media with Amazon Ads to surface data-driven opportunities for the Executive Leadership team, focusing on optimization of paid media spend regionally.
• Identify ways to improve the efficiency of paid media spending and develop reporting and analyses to frame decisions.
• Develop KPIs and scorecards to track initiative progress and performance.
