Job summary

Hyperice is seeking an Amazon Supply Chain Analyst to optimize its Amazon channel operations. You will maintainInventory, reconcile data across networks, coordinate with manufacturers and 3PLs, and manage claims and reimbursements.

This hands-on role focuses on root-cause analysis and process improvements to reduce discrepancies and expedite resolutions. The ideal candidate has 2–5+ years in supply chain or Amazon operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with Seller Central and FBA.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, inventory, e-commerce, or Amazon operations.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Experience with Amazon FBA and familiarity with Amazon's fulfillment and warehouse network.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong investigative and problem-solving skills—you enjoy figuring out why numbers don't match.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open issues, claims, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong follow-through and a willingness to chase issues until they are fully resolved.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with contract manufacturers, 3PLs, Amazon, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with health & wellness, medical devices, supplements, beauty, food/beverage, or other consumer electronic products is a plus.
• Familiar with Lot and serial tracked inventory and SKU variants.

Responsibilities

• Amazon Inventory Management: Monitor inventory availability and movement across Amazon’s global fulfillment network.
• Production & Shipment Coordination: Coordinate production, shipment readiness, and deliveries into Amazon warehouses with manufacturers and partners.
• Inventory Reconciliation: Reconcile Amazon inventory and shipment data with internal records and PO data.
• Discrepancy Management: Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in quantities shipped/received.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate recurring inventory issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Shipment & Receiving Accuracy: Ensure POs and shipment data align and are documented.
• Amazon Claims & Reimbursements: Review data to identify reimbursement opportunities and file claims.
• Claims Resolution: Track and resolve claims through closure and escalation as needed.
• Financial Reconciliation: Reconcile reimbursements and inventory adjustments with Finance.
• Operational Reporting: Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Data & Dashboard Management: Build dashboards and reports for inventory and shipments KPIs.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
• New Product & Supply Planning Support: Support launches and supply planning from an Amazon perspective.
• Process & SOP Improvement: Develop and improve SOPs for Amazon inventory and claims.
• Documentation & Accountability: Maintain audit-ready records and trackers.
