Responsibilities

• Escalate problems and data variance to owners and partners and follow through on resolutions.
• Identify and eliminate root causes of defects to drive improvements in AB North America Operations.
• Drive continuous improvement by streamlining processes and reducing repetitive tasks.
• Lead discussions with cross-functional teams and leadership to influence solutions.
