Baby Trend, Inc. is seeking a strategic Sales Manager – Amazon to lead and grow our Amazon business across Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P).

This role owns the Amazon strategy, drives revenue and profitability, and partners across Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service to accelerate long-term growth. You will optimize product listings, oversee Seller Central operations and campaigns, and work with Marketing on Prime Day and holiday

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years managing Amazon Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P).
• Proven success growing Amazon sales in consumer products, durable goods, or CPG.
• Expertise in Amazon merchandising, catalog management, Brand Registry, A+ Content, FBA, pricing, inventory planning, and analytics.
• Experience leading Annual Vendor Negotiations (AVN).
• Advanced Excel, analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Amazon business across Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P).
• Develop annual and quarterly business plans to achieve revenue, profit, and market share goals.
• Manage AVN and key operational metrics including in-stock, fill rates, chargebacks, and vendor scorecards.
• Oversee Seller Central operations, FBA inventory, Buy Box, pricing, and marketplace compliance.
• Optimize product listings through SEO, A+ Content, Brand Stores, images, videos, and Salsify content management.
• Partner with Marketing to execute Amazon advertising, Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday campaigns.
• Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, profitability, and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare business reviews and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch products, improve inventory, and enhance the customer experience.
• Drive continuous operational improvements across the Amazon business.
