Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive PDP setup and optimization across retailer platforms, with a focus on Amazon and other major sites.

You will coordinate with content, creative, and sales teams to ensure accurate messaging and promotions, while analyzing data to improve conversions and sales. The role requires 3+ years in e-commerce, strong Amazon systems knowledge, and a track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon and other major retailer sites.
• Strong familiarity with Amazon systems and PDP content management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end setup, refresh, and optimization of PDPs across retailer platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Walgreens, etc.).
• Manage product listings, descriptions, digital assets, and ensure brand consistency across channels.
• Collaborate with content, creative, and sales teams to reflect messaging and promotions on PDPs.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion and PDP engagement.
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into strategies to drive sales and improve shopper experience.
