Mira is seeking an Amazon Growth Manager to accelerate revenue growth across the US, Canada and UK. You will own growth strategy, manage in-house advertising, and optimize the customer journey to acquire new customers efficiently while protecting profitability.

This hands-on role requires strong commercial analysis, experience in Sponsored Ads and DSP, and the ability to translate performance insights into actionable plans within a fast-growing femtech startup.

Formación

• 4+ years of direct Amazon growth experience with measurable improvements.
• Experience owning a broader channel roadmap is essential.
• Hands-on with Sponsored Ads and DSP, including targeting and budget allocation.
• Strong CRO and copy skills: listing SEO, A+ Content, testing.
• Analytical mindset: understands CAC, revenue, fees, and returns.

Responsabilidades

• Build and own the Amazon growth plan across markets.
• Plan, manage and optimize Sponsored Ads and DSP activity within financial limits.
• Improve product listings, discoverability and conversion through testing.
• Own the Reviews and Ratings program and translate feedback into improvements.
• Coordinate operations to support growth and protect sales continuity.
• Connect customer experience to growth and suggest product education improvements.
• Shape the Amazon product mix based on demand and unit economics.
• Plan commercial activity and launch calendars across markets.
• Lead performance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Establish in-house execution with minimal agency reliance.
