Responsibilities

• Assist in promotion and sales of products through e-Commerce platforms such as Amazon.
• Generate or update sales orders and purchase orders.
• Answer questions about products or warranties; respond to emails, calls, and inquiries.
• Perform data entry when orders change; process sales data and progress reports.
• Direct sales leads to appropriate sales team member; follow up on leads.
