RugsUSA in New York, NY seeks an E-Commerce Revenue Recognition & Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage revenue recognition under U.S. GAAP (ASC 606), reconcile Amazon settlements, and oversee AR and cash application for high‑volume e‑commerce transactions.

The hybrid role requires on-site presence in our Manhattan office 3 to 4 days per week with opportunities to improve processes and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile e-commerce revenue under U.S. GAAP and ASC 606.
• Reconcile Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central activity.
• Manage accounts receivable, apply cash receipts, and handle collections and write-offs.
• Prepare monthly revenue reports and support month-end close.
