Church & Dwight is seeking an Account Manager to own the Amazon channel strategy for the Touchland brand. You will serve as the lead owner of the Touchland seller central account and drive advertising strategy with agency support, focusing on profitable sales growth in the channel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, with focus on Amazon marketplace management and advertising.
• Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth on Amazon.
• Beauty experience a plus.
• Familiarity with Amazon policies, algorithms, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own full P+L and sales call for Amazon channel with oversight from associate director, 3P marketplace.
• Drive strategy and execution of all advertising, promotion, and content for the channel.
• Ensure strong brand content and creative across Amazon ecosystems (PDPs, stores, merchandised touchpoints).
• Develop and implement Sponsored Ads strategy to drive incremental sales and ROAS.
• Coordinate Amazon DSP strategy and reporting objectives for Touchland.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on launches and channel conflicts.
