Job Summary

Church & Dwight is seeking an Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager that will act as the holistic channel owner for Amazon for the Touchland brand. The candidate will act as the lead owner of Touchland seller central account as well as lead advertising strategy (partially agency support) with a focus on maximizing profitable sales growth in the channel.

About the Role

This is a \"Hands on\" role with significant leadership opportunity that would be ideal for a strong early career amazon brand manager. This position reports to the Associate Director, 3P Marketplace and will work closely with the broader Touchland team including Brand marketing, Ecommerce Brand Manager, and DTC/Affiliate.

Work Environment:

Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ or New York City and requires in- person attendance.

• Ewing, NJ requires in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.


• NYC requires in-person attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, with remote work options on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Own full P+L and sales call for Amazon channel with oversight from associate director, 3p marketplace.


• Drive strategy and push execution and development of all advertising, promotion, and content execution/merchandising for the channel managing broker resource as needed.


• In partnership with ecommerce brand manager specialty skin care, ensure strong brand content and creative throughout the amazon ecosystem including PDPs, brand stores, and other merchandised touchpoints.


• Develop and implement Sponsored Ads strategy driving broker/agency to drive incremental sales, increase AOV, and maximize Return on Ad Spend


• Develop Amazon DSP strategy in coordination with broker/agency and


• Lead and maintain the Amazon Marketing Cloud reporting objectives for Touchland


• Report Amazon Ads and Amazon Sales performance to Touchland and CHD leadership teams, including weekly, bi-weekly, and quarterly results against baseline KPIs

Operations Management:

• Oversee broker source management of all of the day to day tasks needed to support the Touchland Amazon business including catalog management, promotional execution, and troubleshooting any and all business issues.


• Partner with customer logistics for day-to-day operations related to Amazon, including inventory management, listing uptime, and FBA replenishment


• Partner with Demand Planning Manager for SKU-level demand planning and inventory forecasting.

Strategic Channel Leadership

• Set future strategies and growth expectations for the channel with oversight from associate director, 3p marketplace


• Define product launch strategies, as well as assortment, channel profitability and price pack architecture needs


• In partnership with sales strategy and EBM, manage channel conflicts and needs as brand is rolled into new channels


• Partner with international team to ensure smooth global roll-out with minimal conflicts across amazon


• Work closely with DTC/affiliate team and EBM to ensure best practice sharing and tight coordination on launch and campaign activation strategy

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.


• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on Amazon marketplace management and advertising. Proven track record of successfully driving sales and revenue growth on the Amazon platform.


• Beauty experience a plus


• Familiarity with Amazon's policies, algorithms, and best practices.


• Comfort in leading strategic agency direction.


• Understanding of sales, advertising, and business reporting with an ability to concisely deliver updates and actions


• Expert in using Amazon Seller Central and related tools, such as Helium10, Perpetua, PacVue, DataHawk, GETIDA, and other comparable SaaS integrations.


• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.


• Experience with e-commerce analytics and reporting tools.


• Detail oriented with strong organizational ability to diligently oversee day to day operations of the Touchland Amazon business

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners

Compensation and Benefits

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $110,900-$157,900. This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
