Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a Business Account Manager to drive the Touchland Amazon business. You will own the Amazon channel, lead advertising strategy, and coordinate with marketing and EBM to maximize profitable sales growth.

This hands-on role reports to the Associate Director, 3P Marketplace and requires hybrid work in NYC or Ewing, NJ with in-person days. Strong analytics and agency leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce with focus on Amazon marketplace management and advertising.
• Expert in using Seller Central and related SaaS tools for analytics.
• Experience in leading agency direction and brand collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L and sales for the Amazon channel under guidance.
• Lead advertising strategy, content, and merchandising for Touchland on Amazon.
• Develop DSP/ADS strategy and coordinate with brokers/agencies.
• Manage Amazon Marketing Cloud reporting and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Brand, DTC, and EBM.
