Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Manager, Category Leadership - Amazon to act as the strategic category and analytics partner for Campbell's Meals & Beverages at Amazon. You will translate data into category-first recommendations that drive profitable growth and strengthen decision-making across digital channels.

In this remote, international role, you will develop category reviews, analyze shopper behavior, and build dashboards to guide assortment, pricing, content, and activation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• Six+ years in CPG, category mgmt, eCommerce analytics, shopper insights, or related field.
• Strong analytical capabilities with Excel and data interpretation.
• Ability to translate data into clear, persuasive business stories and retailer-ready recommendations.
• Experience with category, shopper, consumer, sales, retailer, or digital-commerce data.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the category authority for Amazon with a shopper-centered perspective.
• Develop category reviews, business assessments and strategic recommendations for growth.
• Translate eCommerce dynamics into actionable account strategies.
