Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, or related field.
• Six+ years in CPG, Category Management, eCommerce analytics, shopper insights, or related.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Ability to translate data into clear, retailer-ready recommendations.
• Experience with category, shopper, consumer, sales, retailer, or digital-commerce data.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to collaborate across functions.
• Willingness to travel 10%–20%

Responsibilities

• Own category strategy for Amazon with a shopper-centered perspective.
• Develop category reviews, assessments, and strategic recommendations.
• Translate eCommerce dynamics into actionable account strategies.
• Be an Amazon digital category expert for cross-functional partners.
• Build dashboards and present insights to leaders.
• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams on opportunities.
• Monitor trends and competitive activity to identify risks and opportunities.
