Job summary

GIGABRANDS is seeking a driven leader to own a portfolio of 10-15 Amazon brands and run a Pod including an Account Manager, a PPC Specialist and a Graphic Designer. You will set strategy, keep the team focused, and address issues before clients see them.

You will manage client relationships, drive growth goals, mentor your Pod, and optimize workflows in ClickUp, with a focus on delivering high-quality, timely deliverables and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in brand management, account management or ecommerce marketing.
• Hands-on Amazon experience across PPC, SEO, catalog and creative.
• Experience managing multiple clients and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong organization and follow-through with clear communication.
• Native or C2-level English; available during US Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and communication from strategy to weekly KPIs.
• Set and drive 30/60/90-day growth goals for every account.
• Lead and mentor your Pod and review every deliverable before it goes out.
• Run a tight operation in ClickUp and identify at least one process improvement weekly.

About GIGABRANDS

We're a full-service Amazon agency managing 50+ brands. We combine neuromarketing, AI-powered strategy and deep Amazon expertise, with PPC, SEO, catalog, creative and brand strategy all under one roof. We've grown fast over the last three years, and we're just getting started.

The role

You'll own a portfolio of 10-15 Amazon brands and lead your own Pod: an Account Manager, a PPC Specialist and a Graphic Designer. You're the face of GIGABRANDS for your clients. You set the strategy, keep your team focused, and catch problems before they reach the client.

What you'll do

• Own client relationships and communication, from strategy to weekly KPIs
• Set and drive 30/60/90-day growth goals for every account
• Lead and mentor your Pod, and review every deliverable before it goes out
• Run a tight operation in ClickUp and find at least one process improvement every week

What you bring

• 3-5 years in brand management, account management or eCommerce marketing
• Hands-on Amazon experience across PPC, SEO, catalog and creative (non-negotiable)
• Experience managing multiple clients at once and leading cross-functional teams
• Highly organised, with strong follow-through
• Confident communicator with native or C2-level English
• Available during US Eastern Time business hours
