Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced and client-focused Amazon Brand Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic partner to your assigned brands — owning performance, guiding high-level growth decisions, and collaborating with our internal teams to execute strategies effectively. If you enjoy client interaction, are obsessed with Amazon strategy, and want to be part of a supportive, fast-paced environment — this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Amazon clients
  2. Develop and implement tailored strategies aligned with each brand’s goals
  3. Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable growth plans
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (ads, design, operations) to execute strategies
  5. Stay updated on Amazon trends, policies, and platform changes
  6. Identify new growth opportunities, experiments, and optimizations
  7. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients — our success depends on theirs

Qualifications

  1. At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
  2. Deep knowledge of listings, PPC, keyword research, catalog structure, and compliance
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Strong analytical skills with comfort analyzing performance data, KPIs, and dashboards
  5. Client-first mindset — genuinely committed to helping others succeed
  6. Self-motivated and adaptable in a remote, fast-moving environment
  7. Availability to work during EST hours
